Second: contract terms

1. Contracting between the MISSION or pilgrimage agency and Raft Foundation the Mission follow (as a prerequisite to contract) through which transportation companies and additional services and quantities required are identified

2. A contract between each of the selected which transportation company and the responsible Raft Foundation (representative of the delegation or pilgrimage agency), under which the number of pilgrims to be transported and the quality and quantity of services and prices are determined, as well as to identify the routes of transport required, with the need to attach specific timetables for the transfer of pilgrims mission or pilgrimage agency On these routes then providing the general syndicate of cars  with the contract to be approved within the available time officially approved by the Ministry of Hajj, and no contracts should be accepted after the expiration of the specified period.
